Good Neighbors

The Stampin' Up! Good Neighbors stamp set have these adorable little houses and trees.  I've used two different houses and three different trees on these cards.  The 2 step stamping technique was used to ensure the roof sits atop the house nicely.
The first card uses Pretty in Pink and Not Quite Navy card stock and the trees are stamped in Old Olive.  I just had to use the Pinking Hearts Border punch, to marry with the love heart on the door. 
The second card uses Baja Breeze and Basic Gray card stock and the trees are stamped in Cajan Craze.  The scallop border punch allows the card to be non gender specific.   
The 'best wishes' greeting is from the Stampin' Up! Short & Sweet stamp set and fits perfectly in the word punch.
