Cat & Dog Charity Cards

A set of Cat & Dog themed happy birthday cards made for The Lost Dogs Home in the Stampin' Up! colours Marina Mist, Cherry Cobbler, Gumball Green and Midnight Muse.   The cute cat and dog stamps are from the Every Little Bit stamp set and the white background has been embossed with the Stripes textured impressions embossing folder.

Sense of Time

This male card has been made using the Stampin' Up! Sense of Time stamp set.  A simple chocolate pearl-like jewel in the centre, a strip of designer series paper and the card design is done!

Butterfly Trio Birthday Card in classic Vanilla and Black.  The embossed butterflies have been embellished with a pearl jewel to add a simple elegance to the card design accompanied by a floral textured embossed background.

Elegant Butterfly

This is a simple and elegant card.  The background stamp is from the Stampin' Up! Creative Elements stamp set in Early Espresso.  The two butterflies have been punched from the Elegant Butterfly and Bitty Butterfly punches and adorned with pearl embellishments.  The cards have been made in Blushing Bride and Riding Hood Red and feature Pleated Ribbon and designer series paper in coordinating colours.

2 Birds 2 Cages

Stampin' Up! Aviary is probably my most used image stamp set.  Totally love it for a sophisticated masculine cards.  This card design includes 2 of the cages with a owl and long legged bird, Cherry Cobbler designer series paper and co-ordinating button on top of a Crumb Cake banner.

Elegant Bird Punch

This is a very elegant layered card.  The card design includes a punched bird with the body textured embossed along with the Riding Hood Red background.  The Lucky Limeaid background has been framed with a strip of Always Artichoke punched Dotted Scallop Ribbon.  This card would also be suited as a Christmas Card by changing the textured embossing folder to a Christmas themed one.

Masculine 'Tie' Card

I love the design of this card.  The Ties are from the Stampin' Up! Best Dad Ever stamp set.  This card has been made in the colour 'Kiwi Kiss' and includes a textured dot embossed background, a co-ordinating corduroy button and the Happy Birthday greeting has been raised with dimensionals.  Would make a perfect Happy Birthday or Happy Fathers Day Card.

Cat & Dog Sympathy Cards made using the Stampin' Up! stamp sets C is for Cat and D is for Dog.
The message on the front of the Dog Sympathy Card reads 'sorry for the loss of your best friend' and the message on the front of the Cat Sympathy Card reads 'sorry for the loss of your little friend'.

Going Somewhere

The Going Somewhere set of cards is a fabulous range for young boys.  The vehicles have been stamped in different primary colours and framed in matching coloured cardstock.  The background cardstock has been embossed using the Square Lattice Textured Embossing folder through the Cuttlebug.  The Birthday Wishes greeting from the Sincere Salutations stamp set completes the card.  This set of cards also includes the yellow background, but was given to my nephew before being photographed.

Extreme Boy

I'm loving the Extreme Snowboard, Skateboard, Guitar, Surfboard and Dirt Bike Stampin' Up stamp sets.  Such great stamps for teenager boys, but really could be used for younger or older boys.  The silhouette stamped image is certainly the focal point of the card design and I've tried to tone down the patterned papers and colours used on the cards.

Just for You

Don't you just love to receive a card in the mail?  Most of the times, it's for birthdays and Christmas, but I know people who send cards just to say hello or to let you know that you are being thought of.  This set of cards has been made as a Christmas gift for one such lady.  The patterned papers are from the docrafts Papermania Birdsong 6x6 Paper Pack and the colours are just beautiful.  I have added a non birthday greeting to some of the cards and a thin strip of ribbon to separate the two different patterned papers used on the card design.

Friend to Friend

I came across this fantastic patterned paper of a tree with birds in the docrafts Papermania Birdsong 6x6 paper pack.  The tree with birds patterned paper was mounted on co-ordinating card stock and finished with a greeting and a row of 3 bling.  Loved the simplicity and overall design of this card.

Birthday Boy

The Birthday Boy set of cards have been made from a 6x6 pad of patterned papers perfectly suited to young birthday boys.  The cards have been stamped with a mixture of greetings, trains, monsters, stars and animals, to co-ordinate with the patterned paper.  The design of the card set has been kept fairly simple and the colours kept in regal tones.

So Happy for You

The So Happy for You set of cards has been made in Real Red,  Glorious Green and Only Orange.  The flowers have been punched with the Trio Flower punch and adorned with a small pearl.  The Butterfly adds a cheery note to the card design and the scored lines gives the card some texture.  The So Happy for You is a greeting that is suited to many different occasions and girls of all ages.

Organic Grace

I don't often make nature themed cards, so I thought I'd use some of the stamps in the Stampin' Up! Organic Grace stamp set.  I chose Always Artichoke and Crumb Cake in this card design and have punch the stamped images with the new Postage Stamp punch.  I especially like how the fern has been stamped across the two squares.  The overall finish of this card has very clean lines and the stamped images look amazing in this colour combo.

Welcome Baby Boy

The Welcome Baby Boy set of cards has been made in Baja Breeze card stock using the giraffe and lion from the Wild about You Stampin' Up! stamp set.  I have used the previous year's Designer Series Paper in a simple stripe and dot, which I really think compliments the design of the card.  A length of ribbon and a felt flower and silver brad completes each of the cards.

Wedding Congratulations

My brother in law recently got married and this is the card I made him.  Stylist in black and shimmer white, the card stock has been embossed with the Elegant Lines Textured Embossing folder.  I've added some embossed butterflies from the Beautiful Wings Embosslits die and completed them with Pearls.  The Congratulations is from the Stampin' Up! Wedding Sweet stamp set, which has been punched using the Modern Label punch and raised with dimensionals.  A beautiful elegant card.
